I have connected my domain but it's still not working?

We understand that this can be a bit frustrating and we're here to help. Please be aware that it usually takes up to 24 hours for the domain propagation process to be completed, after which your domain should start working properly on your site.

Still nothing after 24 hours... To fix this, remove the domain from Spacecrate and then re-add it. This should bring it up to date.

If you are unable to solve the problem, contact us using our support chat. We'll be more than happy to assist you.

According to my site, it isn't secure?

Stay calm, it looks like there might be a problem with your SSL certification. Just send us a message in the support chat about which domain is having issues and our team will get it fixed for you quickly.

I have exceeded the maximum number of subscribers allowed?

Congratulations on the growth of your list! If you would like to take out the alert, go to your billing area and select a plan based on the size of your list.
