This section explains the process of setting up a booking event, including assigning services and operators to it.
To begin, navigate to the Appointments tab located at the top of the dashboard. From there, select "Create a new booking event," as shown in the image below.
The following information pertains to the booking process: Firstly, name your event and fill in the required fields as demonstrated below:
Event name
Event description
Event location
Email notification to the user
To assign a person who will be conducting the meeting/event, you can add an operator. You have the option to add multiple operators if needed. Simply select the "Add an Operator" button.
Now enter the operator's details in the box.
Add the Google account dedicated to that operator to automatically add to their calendar.
After creating the operator, click on the 'Link services' button to add your services
After creating your operator and service(s), you can now assign the service to the appropriate operator(s).
To create the availability for your operators, start by selecting the booking type - whether it's for one-on-one meetings or a group booking event for multiple users. Once selected, configure the following details:
Meeting duration
Operator availability
Availability increments
Scheduling notice
Meeting buffer time
