CRM Tags

Tags are an excellent way to segment your audience within the Contacts area. To create a tag, navigate to the Contacts tab and click on the Tag Icon, as shown below.

A new window will open the Contacts Settings tab > Select Tags > Create Tag

Now you can enter your tag name

That's all it takes to create a tag. In addition to the Contacts tab, you can also create tags on various widgets such as checkouts, forms, and trigger automations to streamline the tag creation process.
