Abandoned Cart Automation
Abandoned cart automation is a powerful tool to help recover sales from customers who have left items in their shopping cart but haven't completed their purchase. By sending targeted and personalized email reminders, you can encourage these customers to complete their purchases and increase your revenue. With the ability to track analytics, you can also gain valuable insights into your customers' behavior and use that information to optimize your abandoned cart strategy.
How to set up your abandoned cart email
To set up the abandoned cart automation, follow these steps:
Go to the Store settings tab.
Click Settings > General tab > Scroll down to the Abandoned Cart section and ensure that it is set to active.
Set the delay time for the automation to start after a customer abandons their cart. The default delay time is 1 hour, but you can adjust it as needed.

Once you're ready to proceed, navigate to the Email & Automations tab > Automations. Upon selecting the "create new automation" tab, a pop-up window will appear where you should choose the "Abandoned Cart Automation" option. Doing so will direct you to the abandoned cart flow within the automations builder.

Leading your visitors to the right place.
The default option for the button is to redirect the visitor to the checkout page with the item/s they left in their cart. If you're using a sales funnel, you can direct them to the checkout step in your funnel instead. This will ensure that the purchase conversion is registered in both your store and funnel revenue analytics tab.
How to view store analytics.
You can access abandoned cart analytics in two places: the store dashboard tab and the orders tab. On the right side of the store dashboard tab, you will find the Abandoned Cart tab where you can view the relevant data.

The orders tab display allows you to view all abandoned carts, either for the entire store or by filtering for individual funnels.

The setup is complete and now you can begin to recover up to 68.9% of abandoned carts. As shown in the example below, one of our users has already achieved significant results
I love the new Cart Abandoned feature. It's already working. Kudos Omaer and team. What I love most is how simple it was to set up. 1 click. Do you know how difficult it is to set up Abandoned Cart in Thrive cart, 1 Checkout and Active Campaign? OMG don't even get me started.
