To begin creating your store items, click on the "store" tab located at the upper section of your screen, as indicated in the highlighted area.
Once you select the 'Create a Product' tab. You will be directed to the product design page. Within this page you can:
Create your product
Design your product
Tag customers
Ask Additional questions
Add a custom thank you page
Add Variations
Set up inventory tracking
Now, let's create our first product:
Add a title
Edit the description 'Simple editor/drag and drop
Add the price
On sale 'Yes/no
Is the product a subscription item? eg: Recurring payments over an allocated time period
Add SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) if relevant
Input weight if using a physical product
Select product type 'Digital/Physical/membership/service'
Add images
Select product category
Decide between Hidden or viewable item
Edit the description in detail with the simple editor or the drag-and-drop editor:
Recurring charges will be applied to your customers for subscription products. Please note that any modifications made to the subscription will only affect new customers. You have the flexibility to configure subscription payments according to your preferences.
Billing cycles: Monthly payments, Weekly payments, or pre-determined.
Product Type
It is time to select your type of product
By utilizing the Digital product feature, you can add your product's URL directly to the store item, as shown below.
After creating your product, you can begin adding more specific details, such as inventory tracking and tags for retargeting purposes.
Inventory tracking can be enabled by specifying the quantity of your product. This allows you to showcase the scarcity of your items and indicate when they are out of stock via the e-commerce store. If you prefer to have unlimited stock numbers, you can leave this option turned off.
Additionally, you have the option to customize your thank you page. If you want your customers to be redirected to a specific page within or outside your website after making a purchase, you can select this option and insert the destination URL, as demonstrated below.
You can request additional information from your customers for a particular product before they add it to their cart. This could include details like engraving options, notes, or other customization preferences.
By adding a tag to your product, you can assign a specific label to customers who purchase that product. This allows you to keep track of their preferences and interests, which can be useful for setting up follow-up automation and targeted email campaigns.
