Customers are entitled to receive a copy of their personal data stored and processed by you, and it's important to provide them with a way to request or delete their data.

One way to do this is by creating a form on your website where customers can make such requests. When a customer requests their data, you should provide them with a copy of all their personal data, which may be stored in various locations, such as your autoresponders, CRMs, or our platform.

To request the personal data available on our servers, navigate to Website Settings > Cookies & Privacy > Request Customer Data at the bottom of the page.

Within 72 hours, we will provide you with all the data we have for the specific customer identified by their email on your website. You can then supplement that data with any other data collected through third-party services.
