Membership Group

How to create membership groups, manage them, and add users to groups through forms or purchasing products from your store.

To begin creating your membership groups, go to the Contacts tab in the CRM and click on "Add Group", as indicated below.

After clicking on "Add Group", give the group a name that you can refer to later. This name will be visible to your members.

After creating your group, the next step is to choose where your members will be redirected to:

  • After completing a purchase via your store

  • After completing a form

  • After checkout

  • When members log in

To direct your members to a specific page or funnel step, Select the group > Select group settings. The black box will slide down simply click it and choose the appropriate option.

Importing Members

If you have an email list or an existing list of members on another platform, you can import them automatically into your membership group via CSV. If you need to move users from one group to another within your members' group, you can use the Export tab for this purpose.

Member Details

A membership management page is automatically assigned to each member. If you want to make changes to your membership management page, navigate to the Builder tab and from your Pages > "System Pages" and click on "Members Details", as shown below.

Similar to any other page, you can customize the membership management page by adding new blocks and widgets. The members' management panel, shown below, allows members to manage their subscriptions, downloads, order history, and customer details.

To automatically add a user to a membership group after purchasing a product, it is crucial to select the product term "Membership" when creating a membership product. This will allow you to assign your membership groups to specific products. To do this, navigate to the "Products" tab under the "Store" section and select the product you want to add to a member group. As shown below, when Type of Product is selected as Membership, you have the option to add it to a Member Group of your choice.

How to view your membership product in the store checkout

To display your membership product in the store checkout area, you can add it directly to a checkout widget if you have created specific pages for your membership products.

You can add multiple membership products to the checkout widget, either enabling customers to select which membership they need or creating a bundle of your membership products.

After the customer purchases your membership product, you can redirect them to the membership area or display a custom thank-you page.

Note that a system-generated email containing the customer's membership details and a button directing them to their membership management area will be sent to the customer.

How to add members to a group with the form widget

To add a user to a membership area through a website form, landing page, or funnel, you can create a form and include the relevant membership group to which you want the user to be added. This can be easily done by selecting the membership group option from the form builder, as demonstrated in the image below.
