Create categories for your e-commerce store

Select the 'Store' tab > Select 'Products' > Select 'Categories'

How to create a new category

To create a new category for your store products, follow these steps:

1. Go to the "Products" tab in your store settings.

2. Select the "+ Create Category" button

3. Name the category in the pop-up window that appears.

4. Click "Submit" to create the new category.

Once you have created a new category for your store products, it will be added to your existing category list. To adjust the order in which your categories are displayed, follow these steps:

1. Go to the "Products" tab in your store settings.

2. Click and hold the "Move" button for the category you want to adjust.

3. Drag the category up or down to the desired location.

4. Release the button to save your changes.

To add a sub-category to your main category, simply select the + icon as shown below:

Name and label your new sub-category and the new category will be added to your category list.
